First let me say that because of the strong seller’s market, everyone was telling me that I didn’t need a realtor to sell my home. The Sandra Rathe Team represented me in the purchase of my home, so I called them to discuss why I needed her for selling and she helped me understand what value she  brings. I had so many moving parts that it would have been impossible to do the process by myself. She knows her market and was able to determine exactly what we should list the home for and what we should expect in offers from the sellers above asking. There was no guesswork. I had things to repair in the home prior to the sale and I didn’t know who to call, so I called Beth from the team and she said she had a guy and that person called me right back. The work was done in a timely manner and was very good quality. I had more work to be done and again she was able to get someone there to get it done before the showing. The way they strategically presented the open house provided a very strong turnout with multiple offers being made over the weekend. By Monday, I had 8 offers, 3 of which were cash, and 2 of the cash offers had acceptable terms. We first met Sandra three years ago when we relocated to South Florida. We were looking for a house, and we met her as the sellers agent for a home. We described what we were looking for, and she had another client listing that was not only what we were looking (and our buyers agent couldn’t figure out) but we ended up purchasing the house. Sandra is the best realtor you will find. After interviewing 3 other realtors, and not feeling comfortable with any of them I found Sandra. I must say I was very lucky to find her because she was the only one that I felt was perfect for the task of selling my home. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional with all aspects all the way through to the closing process. Immediately her team was out taking pictures, aerial shots with a drone, had my house on the front page of a local publication, got my home on the market, and had an open house. We did not know Sandra before we picked her from a real estate newsletter that was sent to our home. Now I can tell you it was an excellent choice. She responded quickly and we set up an appointment. She was right on time, very professional, and prepared. She was very thorough with all of the paperwork and information. She took great pictures of our home and the advertising was great.
