Johann is a graduate from Miami卒s own Florida International University. After graduation he started his career with corporate America where he was privileged to travel all over Latin America. From this, he grew an affinity to foster relationships with people from different cultures. He is fluent in Spanish and can communicate in Portuguese.
Soon his career took him to marketing and sales where he gained a track record of performance, leading businesses to exceed their financial goals year after year. He lived in North Carolina, Mexico and traveled all of over the USA during his tenure. In 2014, Johann obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. Johann卒s corporate life gave him lots of exposure to relocations and clearly understands the challenges for his clients undergoing such experiences.
Looking for a place to settle, Johann made his way back to South Florida in 2016. He then achieved one his lifetime goals by starting his his own business in the real estate arena.
He became a full time real estate investor and obtained his real estate license. This gave him exclusive experience in the wide array of elements involved in buying, remodeling, land-lording and selling properties in the area.
