Kathleen Gannon
Kathleen is a South Florida native serving Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Kathleen’s insight to local areas comes naturally since she was born and raised in Broward County. Her extensive background and over fourteen years of experience in hospitality, has allowed her to really connect with clients in getting them exactly what they want. Kathleen’s desire to join the Sandra Rathe Team came from learning about Sandra’s individual real estate success story. It was important to Kathleen that she joined a team with great leadership as well as a team with a proven success record. With the Sandra Rathe team having sold well over half a billion dollars in real estate since 2009, being the best in both Broward and Miami Dade county it was a no-brainer that this was the team Kathleen wanted to be a part of.
When not working, Kathleen loves all things outdoors, such as diving, boating, hiking and traveling. Kathleen was just shy of completing a full Circumnavigation in her previous career as a Chief Stewardess onboard Motor Yachts. Some of her favorite destinations include Micronesia, Southeast Asia, Scandinavia, Europe and the Pacific Ocean. Working onboard both mega and giga yachts for some of the worlds most elite individuals required Kathleen to not only have an excellent eye for detail but also maintain the proven ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion when caring for such a large luxurious asset. This has helped Kathleen notice even the smallest of details when viewing homes for both buyers and sellers. Being world traveled, as well as having a good understanding of different cultures has played a pivotal role in the success for Kathleen in negotiations between parties ensuring her clients’ needs are always met.
